TERMS
Open account privileges will be given to customers with a #1 rating in the Jewelers Board of Trade. All others requesting open account status need to fill out an application, and provide three credit references plus bank information. Net terms are 30 days from date of invoice. A charge of 1½ % per month will be added to all overdue accounts. A $50.00 fee will be added to all balances sent to collection.

SHIPPING
UPS or AIRBORNE EXPRESS available. Orders received by 3:00 PM, Pacific Time (6:00 PM, Eastern Time) could be shipped the same day. If no shipping instructions are given, we will ship the best possible way considering the weight and distance. For our Air Shipping Specials please see page 3.
RETURNS
We will accept any merchandise shipped within the previous 14 business days for full credit with a copy of the original invoice. Items cannot be used, sized, or altered in any way. Returned items must carry a copy of the original invoice and in the original packaging. Items returned after 14 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not be responsible for items damaged, lost in shipment, and/or crushed by post office handling equipment. All refused C.O.D. orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees.
